Carsten Appointed to NEBD Steering Committtee

We are excited to announce that Carsten has been appointed to the steering committee of the NSF-funded Northeast Big Data Innovation Hub.
The Northeast Big Data Hub is one of four Big Data Hubs forming a national big data innovation ecosystem with the mission of building and strengthening partnerships across industry, academia, nonprofits, and government to address societal and scientific challenges, spur economic development, and accelerate innovation. The hub is organized around four thematic areas:
- Health
- Urban to Rural Communities
- Responsible Data Science
- Education and Data Literacy
